These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Nakkit website (nakkit.com), our products (including LearnThai, ThaiReader, and future products), and any consulting or engineering services provided by Nakkit. By using our website, products, or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

2. Products

Our products (apps, browser extensions, web applications) are provided "as is." We strive to maintain availability and accuracy but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any product at any time.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

  • Subscriptions are managed through the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or our web platform via RevenueCat.
  • Prices may change with reasonable notice. Existing subscriptions will honor their current pricing until renewal.
  • Refunds are handled per the respective platform's refund policy.
  • Free trials, if offered, convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled before the trial ends.

4. Consulting & Engineering Services

Service engagements are governed by individual agreements between Nakkit and the client. These Terms provide general guidelines:

  • Scope, deliverables, timelines, and pricing are defined per project.
  • Intellectual property terms are specified in individual contracts.
  • Confidentiality obligations apply to both parties unless otherwise agreed.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use our products or services for any unlawful purpose.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from our products.
  • Abuse, overload, or interfere with the operation of our services.
  • Share account credentials or provide access to unauthorized users.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Belgian law, Nakkit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or services.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Belgium. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Brussels, Belgium.
